Rev. Fr Lazarus Iwueke, CM is an expert in Development Studies motivated by membership of the Congregation of the Mission — a religious institution with the mission of alleviating poverty (poverty of human capital inclusive) which is the ultimate measure of development effectiveness.He has a Master’s and a Doctorate degree in Development Studies from Kimmage Development Studies Centre, Dublin, Republic of Ireland and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka respectively. His academic background in this interdisciplinary field on the complex dynamics of economic development and social change, underscores multiple competence, versatility and capacity to integrate and adapt diverse approaches to holistic problem-solving.
